I had a friend that been depressed for over 10 years. I tried to encouraged her to come to yoga, bike ride, running, walking with me and maybe slowly reducing her Med. She recently texted me that she often feel like it’s her fault of being depressed due my encouragement. I am now very careful of talking to depression people. I honestly thought exercise is good for anyone. And try to help a friend that’s all.
